Howsit darling Oney - I'm enjoying your thread - good on you.

I'm pretty good with food. I always eat a few raw carrots and a red pepper every day as well as about 3 litres of water and as much fruit as I like...

I'm an evening fucker too, icecream and bikkies etc just about EVERY evening, but NOT in overkill and I don't really care, because I enjoy it, and exercise regularly and I'm not fat, so all good!!
OH, I am a bit of a weekend lollie fiend, but the water I drink keeps my skin reasonably good

Oners... I would spend the entire day in the John if I drank that much aqua...

I Do go to the loo a lot, but I have an 800ml pump bottle at my desk and fill it up about four times a day, the body and skin rejoice, I tell you, and my liver (I have always drank a crap load of water when not drinking AL) has always been fairly OK, you see, I SHOULD be dead and would have been, if it were not for the fact that when NOT drinking I'm a water and raw veg fiend. A bit like iggy pop i believe :H

I know what's good for me, I just used to mix it with the same volume per day of alcohol (i.e I could drink three litres of wine a day no probs, so I can do the same with water :H
