                U know guys im gonna be honest for a few days i have been worrying about this saturday and next that i may slip up and have a drink. I know I cant and i know i wont, but its on me mind and im not going anywhere special or nowt, i think because its the weekend

                          thanks for ur support guys, on sturday i am gonna go to AA at 5.30 pm its not anormal meeting , something to do with sponsorship, then off to the spiritual church , not been for ages, and next saturday i am meeting a friend to go to the cinema
