I just left sheffield . The temperature is slowly dropping...I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

Sheffield sounds cool Pingu. I will be around there tomorrow leading a walk for our walking group.
Reccie I won the age group 1st probably because there is hardly any competition. The Parkruns are in most towns around the country(s) 9 am every Saturday and FREE. Lovely atmosphere and some people just walk the 5k and get as much encouragement as the quicker runnersComment

I've moved on from sh effield and next stop..um Leeds i think. headed for darlington in the frozen waste lands ....I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

I've just been around the block a few times. Eldest cub nagged incessantly to be taken for a driving lesson. Feck knows why I'm indulging him. He can only get his learner's license in 2 1/2 years.

Just dropped in to say hello! I sat out in the sun for 30 minutes and am red already!:upset:
Why can't I tan??!!! Slathering on some sun screen (40!) and going back out.
