Thanks Satz!! im trying the cut out the booze!! i drink loads mainly at home. had 15 cans of beer last sunday. i would drink 8 to 10 cans of beer prob 5 nights maybe 6 a week sometimes. i have to change this!! so i came on to this site for help. been good so far. day 6 is today!!
Ive started running this week and its helped. I have a thread of my story if you just click on my name and read the thread if anybody wants to read it.
