    There's a parkrun in Oxford, 10 miles away. Not sure if I could run 5km though. I plan to try it nearer to home and see. I'll prolly have a heart attack! :upset:

        evening guys, hope everyones o.k, been asleep for ages , i finished work this morning and went for a nap and slept mos of the day away, i must of needed it , lol

                and i apologise to anyone who saw last nights thread andgot a bit worried when i sent oney a message this morning saying shes ok (i sent it to the wrong person) i thought she would say that mrs pinky was o.k, it was bedlem at work this morning, then i got in and fell asleep again sorry for worrying anyone

                      Everyone had a good day?
                      Mine has been lazy and busy in equal measures I think. A lazy morning with lots of kipper and an busy arvo with shopping, and housework. Bleurch
                      I did find a lovely pair of linen crop trews in tesco for 12 quid tho, so I am happy !!
