Day 1.....again
Hawk, good luck. I managed to get 11 days in and then broke. I promised myself I wouldn't put myself through that again but here I am back on day 1. I've started a journal to list my moods, cravings, triggers, etc. There are a lot more people on here with good advice. Just wishing you all the best.

hi guys, i dont post often anymore, so i may not pop back into this thread.
so this is kinda of a retoricile question for you to think about.
What have you changed to help you quit?

Hawk, two years is impresive, i dont need to tell you how hard you worked or how good it felt.
there is no luck, one day at a time.

I am glad to be back. I need to learn to stay connected. When I go off on my own, I don't do well. So now we are at Day 2. I feel physically better today, as I am not hungover, so already today is better than yesterday. I am hopeful?Hawk

Good for you Hawk! I was good for 11 months and then started again for no reason. Don't know why, I just did. It certainly was harder stopping again though. Very hard. We are all here for you. I am hopeful and you should be too! Best of luck to you (and all of us!)

Nice one Hawk!! you clearly wana change thats why your hear, just keep yourself busy and just take it one day at a time!!! You done 2 years!! Very Impressive!! try some short term goals maybe!! uve done this before so maybe just take some of your own advice. you know what it takes!Week One, Two, Three, Four - :yay:
Week Five, Six , Seven - :yay:
Week Eight - On Day 5
Starting to enjoy life now
