Morning army 
It is a gorgeous cloudless morning here but I can see it will be uncomfortably hot in a few hours.
I've been out up to the end of the lane and back and made my first serious attempt at running. The old lungs were fit to burst but I managed to run most of the way without having a heart attack. A month or two of this and I'll be in much better condition
Gonna try and stay awake until the supermarket opens at 7am and then hopefully get some kip.
