This made me laugh a bit. Engagement parties to me seem unnecessary, as I think you're doing a good job if you make it through the wedding. For a lot of people weddings are high stress and high pressure enough, why throw a party before you even make it through the ceremony Just mho.

Bridge, I went through a similar situation as MB, only I was already married for about 6 weeks to this guy. He had cheated on me with a friend of mine. That friend told another mutual friend, who immediately told me when she found out, even though it was my birthday. If my friend had not told me, I wouldn't be sitting here with my now husband, and our newborn baby. It sounds like he deserves to know.

Morning Sunny! Hey did you see that New York is considering banning sugar-sweetened drinks that larger than 16 ounces unless they have more than 51% milk? It is aimed mainly at soft drinks, but apparently would also include a lot of the high end Starbucks products too.

Had a nice holiday-type sleep in this morning, but now I'm off for a swim!
