As I seem to be getting fairly serious about this bread baking thing, today I'm going to make A Bakery. Yes. I'll convert an empty little shed thing to accommodate the prover, mixer, flours, pans etc. because having all that clobber in the kitchen and putting it away again really gives me the shits. FUN!
Have a good one, Undies.
Now I am truly jealous over the mini bakery, how cool is that!

Happy Saturday Monkey, Tawny and all! The bakery is a brilliant idea Tawny!Psalms 119:45

Oh and btw Tawny I still couldn't get my head around your fire picture. It looks like the stove is sitting right on top of wood. Just didn't look safe and right to me, but how silly of me to think you wouldn't be safe.Psalms 119:45

Hello folks. Well get ready because I'm taking you undies over 12,000 feet tomorrow. In the movie version, I'd be climbing Everest. Good luck with the bakery Frog. In the movie version, I'd build it for her.
Seriously, going to climb Mount Humphreys tomorrow morning. The climb is 6,000 feet. The base of the Mountain sits at around 7,000 feet. Will be going with six others. There may be still some snow and ice at the summit so it could get sketchy. Will try and get some pics at various points. May just use phone camera due to weight constraints.
I'm so excited. Oh yeah, Leon is coming with us. I'm almost ready...
the other junk...

In the movie version I'd like to be very thin and tall please.
Climb sounds awesome Techie.
Are we going to get photos of the new bakery?
I just forgot yet another appointment this morningJeez I'm shocking with personal organisation.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Waving madly to absolutely everyone!!!
Had a lovely sleep, now ready for a MAJOR adventure with Techie! You are a true gem Techie - thanks for thinking of taking us. I'll take turns at carrying little Leon if you like. I'd like to be a little bit taller, more muscles in my butt and long flowing curly auburn hair and bright green eyes please.
I SO wish I lived near Tawny My true heart desire would be to live with her but I think she's the kinda gal that I'd annoy the crap out of. Such good projects happening all the time and tones of yummiliscous food stuffs! Mmmmmmm
Hope Olive has a brill day!
It's gladdens my heart to see Mr G pop in - it really does.
I'm 'childless' these days after years and years on my own trying to ensure I created responsible, intelligent, worthy citizens. I'm lucky all three have turned out quite well, and when I look back I had very few dramas really. It's bloody hard work and I have no real advice to give you Bridgey. I was always more terrified of 'ruining' my boy than my girls. Don't know why, he seemed so emotionally tortured as he aged that I just found it so hard to be super tough and what he would perceive as mean. And, I did spend a fair amount of time drinking way more than I should have. Ewwww - memories of horrible times!!! Onwards Bridgey, kids bounce and adapt so you can't do too much damage.... I often wanted to drown them in a bucket - just joking. I remember once I got home from work to find the kitchen was a total disaster zone because they had made gourmet snacks after school and didn't clean it up. I had been asking them to at least clean the kitchen if they messed it, so that I could start dinner without having to do a marathon clean at the start.... I wheeled in the bin and threw all the plates, cutlery etc out and put the bin out because it was collection next. I raved for a while then the next afternoon had to go and buy new stuff. Ah, those were the days - not!!!!
Love to all of you - have a spesh day and I do spy all day long so I expect to see great things happening.
Loves yous orl XXXXXXXXX Nicey
As ever, Nicey. It is not what we do, but how much love we put into the doing.

Morning undies..
The drawer is looking very happyand hello to Mr G
all is going fabulous in MoJo land. We have had some rain (finally!) and the AF train steams along nicely
Have not been doing much posting, just the quick read here and there. I am starting a new job in Aug, so much planning and knowledge transfer to do, keeps this lil bunny very very busy. Not to mention the kids, horses and all others that consume my time! Loving it though, I thrive on it!
Hope you all have a fab long weekend, think of me when I am at work on Mon!
xx MoJo
