wow - I slept for about 10 hours straight last night!! Woke up with the alarm at 5:30 as usual, but then went back to sleep for another 3 hours. I think it is something to do with mid-winter hibernation

I'm getting that feeling too. Just cranked up the vitamins to compensate, but I notice a lot of people are feeling a bit tired and over it. Must be day length.

I do a fairly consistent 9 - 5 sleep but it seems I was renovating an old barn all night. I'm exhausted. On the bright side - both chooks are laying again. That's got to be a good sign. Not sure of what ...

I was filing. I hate f'ing filing...

On the bright side though...did my own yoga thing and have walked already and my hour of power only slightly interupted...all calm on the farm...

Just reading the junk mail and Aldi have a range of cast iron pans, knives and graters...any reportage? they look ok and I roooly want to sneak over and make some purchases...the knives are particularly interesting..was about to buy a Global chef and these - Damast Santoku - are a fraction of the price...or is it the you-get-what-you-pay-for thing again...

At least these would get out of the box, I'm getting sick of looking at the flue-in-the-box...

No not really I think. The surgery tomorrow is routine, except in my case. When there is a corneal graft involved more can go wrong. But I'm sure I'll be pestering you in no time. My larger concern is the retinal surgery slated for July 7th !

Thanks Lilly. loved the Egret. They use to land on my pond back in Connecticut. They came for the frogs (sorry Tawny) I have pics on a memory stick. Will post after Dr. Fintelmann is done with me!
