Off to sunny (??) Melbourne this morning for work..am flying jetstar for the firsttime - wish me luck. I hope I get there before midnight LOL..otherwise not much else to report...however I did make lentil and veggie soup the other day..it was yummy.

Ronnie..I soooo miss having a takeaway close by. We used to do pizza's weekly too, but now 1) they dont deliver to where I live and 2) they would be stone cold if I were to pick them up...ahh the joys of living in the sticks LOL

I read a whole lot of stuff last night about aspartame....... I drink way too much diet coke so must eliminate from my 'diet'. In fact I dragged out my original CSIRO diet book. I'm going to try to take things back to basics. Natural, fresh, less sugar, no diet drinks.....wish me luck! I didn't realize it was so bad for you. I reckon that is why my memory is soooo bad. My family say it's because I killed my memory stick from drinking bucket loads of grog for too many years. Don't you love those little tackers you wiped, and patted and hugged when they busted their knees......

Anyway, here I go ....

Off to catch up with old friend, then over to Camden (didn't make it yesty), practice tune for funeral (which ye gods isn't till next Tuesday... probably to allow people to come from overseas), then to physio for my foot.
Tonights soup will be that U beaut broccoli and blue cheese soup... sans sage scones but with bread cooked in Liverpool postcode 2170 (used to live there). Will probably take pics of it too.
