My sick one was all better. He missed his detention though. Said he couldnt find the room

Resuming normal programming now...walked this morning and had brekky, I've been slack and I think thats the reason I've had a bad couple of days. So back to the plan....

Morning Happs - no earth moveage to report here BUT ... I'm going to have a top day. As I seem to be getting fairly serious about this bread baking thing, today I'm going to make A Bakery. Yes. I'll convert an empty little shed thing to accommodate the prover, mixer, flours, pans etc. because having all that clobber in the kitchen and putting it away again really gives me the shits. FUN!
