      Not the emerald green we were expecting......




      Nor the vivid yellow..... the icing sugar actually turned a brownish colour while were were mixing it with the water! Anyone know what went wrong? The wrong sort of spoon? I used an old metal one.





      Used wonton wrappers to make the ravioli...

        Rags, I am so sorry to hear about your FIL..sending you and you family hugs

        And hugs to you too Happs..

        As Ronnie said we have had some wild weather over here with more to come tomorrow. I did a check around last night..house still standing..shed till standing..horses and stables still standing..all is good

        Hope you all enjoyed your day off work..

          Did you get any sailing done at the Lakes or was it too soggy and flooded?


          I have to log off now.. Mr Rags says hello and thanky you for your kind thoughts.

          I have to cook dinner.
          He's very tired. He was holding his dads hand when he died. That is so lovely and peaceful. And I think gave him solace.

          Catch you tomorrow (after I go visit my girlfriend ). And see if the bloody ipads have arrived or if someone in OZ post has filched them. They werte sent last Wed. xpress post.

          Oh, and you cant get Mrs Dash sent to Australia from amazon.

                Thanks Sunnygirl. In the scheme of things they're only little chickens but they marked a point in our way up in changing stuff in our lives....

                Righto, hope Leon is well and smells like the most highly bottleable BABY smell we'd all spend a fortune to have...if you know what I mean..give him a big hug lovely.

                            You just made me smile... you Saucy thing you. BTW, you undies, I'm scheduled for surgery on my retina this Saturday. Right eye. Seriously ! I'd love a banana bread poultice although I think it would be counterproductive. OMG, they injected a steroid into my right eyeball about three hours ago. It was a white knuckle drive back to the casa!!!

                            If anyone can spare a moment I'd appreciate some positive energy sent my way.
