    Yes I suspect our Lillypond will be the dark horse...unless Reginald pulls a fast one with his bacon and egg pie....and I want a recipe for that one...

          Esp since I've got 'strong white flour' from the puff pastry inhaled up my nose.
          I never did have a 'powder' habit....until now......

            Hi Undies!

            Glad to see you all busy at the challenge. I'm getting into my quilting but alas not good at cooking.

            I never knew you could choose avatars Reggie. I only found them last night so had a bit of decision making happening. Hard choice it was. I'm a Marilyn fan big time and couldn't decide whether to use her or not. Anyway, a bit a fun.

            It has been a cold rainy miserable day at post code 2756. Nice actually. I slept until 9am and went for a big walk in the rain and passed through the main street on the homeward turn and got myself a double shot skim flat white to see me home! Noice!!!!

            Bought myself a fantabulous treadmill today. Can't wait for it to be delivered and installed by not one but two sports scientists !!!!!!!!!

            Happy evening to all who pop in or pass through.

                If you subtract Nicey's postcode from mine; then add those three digits; then multiply by 2; then subtract 2 - you end up with 16 - which is TODAY'S DATE. Spooooooky or what????

                  If you take my birth date .....minus your birth date..... plus my joining date on MWO .......divided by the amount of posts on the June 2010 thread...... times the amount of pies that turn up on tomorrow's thread....

                    Good morning undies!

                    I've had a pretty difficult couple of weeks and it is not over yet, but somehow during the night my brain worked out that a self-imposed exile from here wasn't helping. And it was self-imposed because I got back into drinking and I need a bit of a hand to stop that again. You'd think that it should be easier as you go on wouldn't you? But I'm feeling a bit defeated by things at the moment and not very motivated, so some gentle encouragement would be most welcome.

                    I can't do pastry, but I did think that I would try the coconut scones this morning

                    Even though I haven't been posting, you all have never been very far from my thoughts, and I've ben reading back every couple of days. And I have very much appreciated the PMs that have been sent. You're a great lot of Bruces and Sheilas xx

                        Morning Missy and great to see you back. First of all I'd actually look at your own signature line. I always do and it seems to speak volumes to me.
                        Hope everything is working out on the boy front, or at least moving in the right direction as it seemed to be when you last checked in. What a sad state of affairs when people use their kids as their only way to exert power.
