Hiya Zen - I've never done the juice thing but I've now friended Fat Sick and Nearly Dead on FB.
KTAB - I was thinking ... when the All Blacks did their war cry Haka on Saturday, the Irish rugby boys should have replied by doing a 30-second Riverdance routine. That visual really amuses me.

Ok Undies, I have been a truly grumpy old bag today, so I left work early, hid out in the bath for a while, tidied the linen cupboard so Mr B didn't have to put up with my grumpiness and now I am going to curl up in my bed with my book.
I can't tell you how much your kind words over the last couple of days have meant to me. They have got me through a few low moments today.
Work clothes for tomorrow are ironed and ready for throwing on, tomorrow's breakfast and lunch are ready and waiting, and gym clothes are in the backpack. Tomorrow I will wake with a smile on my dial, and if it isn't there when I look in the mirror then I will draw it on with bright red lip pie!! (Oh, FFS, I thought I had followed KTAB's instructions, but that was on my i-pad .......... :H See how pernicious auto-correct is?)Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
