    oh Tawny
    Crusty bread for you!!!
Years ago I was the accountant for a bakery. We had proofing lines that circled the ceiling and came back down.
Our plant manager would make rustic country bread (that was to die for) when he was pissed off!!! It was his form of therapy. And he would always bring me a loaf. He and I both loved herb breads!!
We had to hose the factory down with steam hoses to kill the wild yeast that grew on the walls. I had never heard of wild yeast before. I had never heard of proofing lines either. Our oven was so long that you put the dough in one end and by the time it came out the other it was a loaf of bread. We couldn't have carpets in the offices, because they adjoined the factory and they had to be cleaned thoroughly each day as well. The smell was WONDERFUL. I was headhunted by another firm and although I didn't miss the pressure of the job, I sure did miss the benefits!
I hope you enjoy your new mini bakery.

KTAB - I was thinking ... when the All Blacks did their war cry Haka on Saturday, the Irish rugby boys should have replied by doing a 30-second Riverdance routine. That visual really amuses me.

The other night my darling daughter (DD) was over for a visit. She wanted me to look at something she had posted on facebook and my iPad was in my bedroom. I couldn't remember the name of my iPad - I was doing six things at once and couldn't think straight. I said "ok, I'll have a look in a minute!!!! Just go get my facebook machine from the bedroom.....!!!" I laughed, she didn't. The kids reckon I'm getting "weird in the head" now I'm "old". I'm 49 in a few weeks - is that old??? Me thinks NOT!!!

          :l:H:H:H

I get mental blanks ALL THE TIME and have done for years. Do you think it might have something to do with the fact that we are doing six things at once
          ? (usually for them)

Anyway, I scrapped my car on a fence.....don't ask. Because it is a foreign make and a convertible it is complicated to fix and exy!!! Never again will I buy a luxury car! So, I'm stuck at postcode 2151 and even though I'm well prepared I feel a bit lost. Anyway, I have the option of training it if I want to make a quick trip back to postcode 2756. It will be good for my thighs to be car-less, that is for sure!! I gotta get back to being fit like I was a coupla years ago......

              Well well,
I went to a High school in postcode 2150, and a great aunt and uncle had an orchard in the late 1800's through till 1960 at postcode 2756... I remember visiting there and being fascinated with the flypaper hanging from the ceiling.

Lily sweety, can you lean your camera against a door jamb or the kitchen bench or something to steady the camera? It looks like the exposures are long, and you're getting a bit of camera shake happening. I can see brocoli and carrot and pie and a dish just like on of mine.
