Nearly forgot - neighbor update:

The bikies on the corner got raided by the police....lots of them....
The pot smoking nekid boys next door now have two ducks who on their first day got into our yard and ate some tomatoes...they're huge...the ducks not the tomatoes....
The b.i.t.c.h. on the other side moved out and we shall have new neighbors...there is a HUGE boxer dog sitting there at the moment crying coz he cant get the chooks...

Morning all
Well got through the hockey game with just one pulled muscel but it was so cold and wet!
All the girls went to the bar afterwards and i thought OMG NOOOOO all i wanted to do was go home but i could'nt as i got a lift to the game so i ended up going up to the bar and i order myself a COFFEE yey i was very pleased with myself if i dont say so myself

Aspy - forget about the BMI chart. The gym that I go to has stopped using it as an indication of anything at all. Did you know that most of the All Blacks have a BMI index that suggests that they are either fat or obese?

I've just finished my very yummy won-ton soup for lunch - very tasty wontons, generous in number, and lots of chilli in the soup. Discovered at a hole in the wall Malaysian restaurant across the street. Just the thing to warm a girl up on a cold and miserable shortest day of the year!!

Speaking of pics ... don't know if you know Fennel from the now defunct Journey thread ... but she has a Critter Cam. How cool would that be? You set it up and it takes nocturnal pics of any animals coming near it. I'm going to see if she'll care to share. I know I put food out at night and have no idea who or what eats it. Prolly the neighbour...

A blagh, rainy, grey, depressing-if-you-let-it, day here. But hey - tomorrowday will be longer! I always think that once we've passed the winter solstice things will improve rapidly. But the reality is that our coldest weather is still to come.
