    im ok yeah a bit tired too, so doing some weights to wake me up then a bit of cardio and off out for lunch, u got a busy day? its a bank holiday here today for the queens jubilee

                Hi there Angie - thanks for sharing ..... you seem to have a plan in place, which i think is the most important thing and hubs is really understanding - which is such a plus!! I think dropping a glass a week sounds a good idea - after all, you didn't get to the point where you are overnight, so taking it slowly sounds good.. we are here for you... and yes, it IS hard - golly, do I know that! SIGH. I have never tried Elderflower stuff, although did grow it one year with the idea of making Elderflower wine - but never did do it.

                I am SO tired today - I got to sleep last night at 1/4 to 2 and the dogs woke me this morning at 5.00 so I let them out and then fed them and decided to go back to sleep on the couch - little monkies would NOT leave me alone. First of all, I got back up to see if they needed to go out again (all they did was play out there), then tried ignoring them (really hard when a puppy is walking on your head and the other one is trying to snuffle in your face). I think I dozed on and off for about an hour then finally gave up and got up. And yes, as soon as I was up - they are both out for the count! Maybe I should try the sofa again - but I don't know what time the men are coming to carry on with the gutters.....

                Oh well - back later, day off today and need to carry on with the garden -

                      I can't go back to bed jan - have no idea what time the men are coming to carry on with the gutters and to do the siding - that is, if they can match up the colour we have - if not, then apparently they have to do the whole house - hail only damaged one end....

                      am watching more jubilee stuff....

                          That is only if they can't match what we have - it was only resided about 12 years ago and we got the siding from Home depot so they probably still have it - i would think, plus I like the colour of the siding and the roof is growing on me - LOL
