    Hi guys,

    Can I join? I've been waiting for this thread - May was a very mixed-up month for me but I'm focused and ready to go . . . . . . . It was four years ago when I first joined that I did my most successful stint on MYO - (almost to the day). I am sooo desperate for at least the 30-day headspace. Good luck everyone.

            Hi all

            12many - yes but May has been stop, start, stop start - it was my birthday and something in this stupid head of mine wouldn't commit to 30 days AF - even though I knew that I'd never go on a bender (that's not my style - just a bottle of wine five nights a week gal -occasionally one glass more). However, it's the amount of units a week (at least 3 times that advised) and the length of time (decades) that is doing my head in - that plus the weight gain. However, June is a brand new month and I've just bought L-Glut which I never have before, and milk thistle.

            Thank you all for the welcome - it's really nice of you. Have been in the newbies nest in May but just constantly felt was letting people down and not trying hard enough but it was important to me to keep going back and just wait for the June thread to start.

            Have a lovely weekend everyone - here in England we are just about entering the Jubilee weekend . . . .

              Happy day 1 and Happy Jubilee weekend. Keep checking in Patricia, we have a laugh here but the support is fabulous too, you are among friends and we are here to help and advice as well as keep your spirits up.

                Ohhh are we going to have a Jubilee party. Doing nowt speshul in da JC house .

                The concert on Sunday looks all right.

                          Same with Freddie. The vets both stated emphatically that he's not supposed to have bones because his stomach can't digest them any more due to age. Now he sits looking at me throwing the bones in the garbage, poor baby....:upset:

                                evening guys
                                I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
