Running back from Goggle. Tortoises are a kind of turtle but according to what I read, the ones we have here are turtles since the shell is shaped differently, they don't grow so big and they move surprisingly fast whereas tortoises are said to moved slower. I could be wrong. Anyway, I just call them field turtles since I see them in the fields. :H

Had another session with Pat the Lounger on Saturday. Don't know but I feel soooooooooo calm and confident (ish).

For those who don't know : Pat the Lounger is a Reflexogolist.
Married to a Thai girl (et) and moves between Thailand & Ireland. Lives in a bedsit and drives around in a little van giving treatments.
I call him Pat the Lounger - 'cos we had a great skit the first day he arrived at my sisters house. The tools of his trade are a Sun Lounger ,bottle sunflower oil and that's it !!:H:H
Works on voluntary basis too with cancer patients attached to Arc Centre - Mater hospital.

Never been totally al free Pinkypoo - weekends have wine with food - that type of thing.
But as Zenners says - I could do without it ! and will - need to make a lot of social scene changes first etc.
