        aww reccie, im sure u will be valuable, and a little voluntary job may increase ur confidence, it does for many people
        I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

          its up to u reccie but i wouldnt reccommend working with addicts, not just yet anyway

            if u do decide to take a voluntary job it may take a little while to get into motion, with ur spare time u could try to embrace life, be outside more, being with nature often helps some people and doing stuff around the house they have been putting off can help as it can make people feel more productive when theyve finished tasks they have been putting off 4 a while and sometimes a persons house can represent their head, so when the house is more in order they sometimes feel like their head is and ita a great way of passing the time and increasing confidence ( i am not suggessting ur house is a mess though, lol)

                I feel your pain Reccy on the filling in time. The gym has helped me. But still find hours to fill hense my drinking was only in evening when i was working.The voluntary work sounds like a great idea. Confidence will come back.

                    That's true. You can always tell the state of my head from the state of my house. Thanks for the suggestions.

                                Morning army but dull here too and cloudy. Reccie i know how difficult it can be may be work with your counciler again. I keep falling off the wagon too and i'm not mad about housework or gardening either but i try keep up. Going to have a shower and get ready to got to Tesco or Lidl. Need to get some food shopping in. Catch you all later.
