Oh yes I know that feeling Recciebear.
But as you know what the obstacle is that means you know how to get around it right?

Just a chest infection Starty I have had since friday but on drugs now. Every time I cough it feels like I am being kicked in the chest though. Given a note and advised to stay in bed for a few days but not sure how that would help, besides which I dont get paid even one day a year if I dont work, despite having a doctors certificate.
I really like your smiley cat Pinky.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Sure do and that is what is worrying me, I was quite breathless yesterday at times. Anyway enough about me, Reccie you need to find some activities/hobbies I think. Keeping busy at times is very important, like I am one to give advice.

I'm not sure that I do, starty. Other than by simply trying to be strong.

Yes, I know that feeling. I am asthmatic too. Really hope it clears soon tabbers.

Of course your advice is valid, you know how hard it is and the difficulties around it. Just because you havent managed to conquer some stuff yet the key word is "YET"

But you said it yourself hun. You said the days were too long. Fill them with stuff. Doesnt mean you will necessarily enjoy it instantly, new habits take a little while to ingrain, but ingrain they do

Personally I joined a gym and went swimming, it was a brilliant help in keeping off of the grog. This time round I am trying to spend lots of time in the garden and learn all about gardening. Quite enjoying it even though plants can be expensive and I may have to change my name soon to 'the terminator'.....

Its imperative to fill your time especially in the early days. I still go swimming weekly, love it but not with a hangover. It really hits home what this crap is doing to me when I can only manage about 20 lengths or worse still cant even find the motivation to go. So try new things Reccie.
Ok really gotta run, bye for now.
