    Helpful apps?

    Hi all,

    I downloaded 'I Quit It' and 'Quit Drinking' to both track days and for support but they're both pretty basic. Anyone else found any iPhone apps they've found really helpful?

      Yep, it's pretty basic but still helpful. I used one when I quit smoking and found it really motivating so was hoping to find similar things for quitting drinking. The 'I Quit It' you can use for anything you've quit and it just tracks days. The 'Quit Drinking' gives you motivational tips and tools but it's fairly limited so I was hoping to find anything else good around.
