        Hi all,
Another beautiful day in paradise, I am fond of saying. I first heard this during a trip years ago to Hawaii, but then I decided that paradise is wherever I wanted it to be. The lavender festival was a perfect event for today.

MB, a friend once said that it is hard to be in a good mood if your feet hurt, so I hope yours really feel better long term.

Paula, great work at that wedding. I think you just added your quit date to your signature line, and now I have added mine. Do you want to consider changing that word hoping to planning? Positive thinking really works, you know.

Molly, the truth really is painful. My husband once said, "drinking is your problem, not mine". He is supportive, but he has limits which are well deserved by me.
My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

Not enough rain, occasionally our climate is good. Enjoy your sleep Mama, you won't get any hangover effect from traz.

Good day bad day here. Sold a very precious(to me) set of twig furniture. It came from Christian Island many years ago. This was good for obvious reasons. So sad to part with it though. I blatted out another bad part of the day in LG's thread. Good part is my lovely neighbour brought me some tomatoe and pepper plants(reduced and needing a home) and they are planted. Felt great to tender the soil. Sorry haven't read back. Where's you Nora?:l

I took Trazadone yrs ago & hated it, but everybody is different. Felt very groggy even in afternoon. I think it's an old AD. I just started taking Calmes Forte again, a bit groggy, in am. I think we have to give these things a good 4-6 wks to see if SE's pass.
