Kids are a powerful incentive to be sober. I thank god for mine everyday. Cant imagine my world without them.
Glad you got some sleep before you turned even more crazy scotty! Imagine that!!
My trick is not to get uptight that you cant sleep as its a vicious circle that leads to even worse insomnia.
RELAX and enjoy just resting, listen to your own heartbeat, you will be surprised how soon you will be in slumber land. xx
