Scotty, sorry to hear how you're feeling but you're still here and that can only be a good thing. When I slipped, I always find the first day AF is best spent reading everything I can on MWO - and exercise your arse off to get those toxins out of your system.

I drank again yesterday too! And today I feel like a damn fool. I can handle drinking in any social setting but if I am home alone all bets are off... SO, as for me, I am going to try and institute some rules of engagement...No alcohol alone at home.... no more than a couple or three when with others .... No excuses.
