Hi all - freeeeezing here! I've had a nasty virus last 48 hours, rather ill indeed... but I am sober and the sickness will pass soon so I'm not going to moan about anything!

Instead I'm going to go early to bed with a hottie and a good book, and hopefully sleep the worst of it off tonight.

Xpost oh sorry to hear you have been so ill Kapone get plenty of rest if you can and hope you better soon. Well done to Starty and Reccie on your early morning running. I walked up and back to the library yesterday about 45 mins in total thats the most of my exercise lately mainly walking back from shops etc but i walk brisk so i guess it counts. Need to tone up more tho so maybe look for a yoga or dance class.
