    Well taking the first drink for me at this stage of my sobriety is bad for me as it will lead to more and a binge or bender. I cannot stop at one drink.

                        Hi Army fighters... Great question my lovely freind Starty.... For me it is a case of follow your heart, by that i mean its the deep down feeling of satisfaction you gain from something, it can be for me varnishing some wood on my boat or ringing a freind . Everything that warms ya heart is the right thing IMO.

                        Any way love you dearly Starty and Oney too hope everything is going great for you both.
