Seriously... I can make myself into a pretzel over-thinking things. And you just get caught up in the anxiety of it all and can't see the woods for the trees. It's much better to take a deep breath, step away from the situation, and re-approach it in a calm manner... (I'm talking about myself here, not you...) )
