I am off to Sydney!

My husband had a pre planned business trip there and just announced that he would like me to go with him. After an hour on the phone arranging flight tickets, etc.... we are off! The taxi will arrive in 2 hours! Not the kind of day I expected when I woke up!

A bit of excitment for the Bluebell..... no kids for a few days! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha :nutso: :nutso: :nutso:

Just wanted to share my hysteria.

you'll be great Bluebell! what state are you travelling from? I've not been in Sydney AU since a lad back in 1979. it was a typical metropolitan place as far as I could tell. it was warmer than I expected but mind you I was coming from Washington state in the US which is dreadfully cold and wet most of the time.

Just wear what you'd normally wear to town.
Make sure you take a ride on the Manly or Watsons Bay ferry, or buy a $20 day ticket which lets you travel bus, rail ferry wherever you want.
