Good morning army

Well, what an interesting thread that was yesterday! I trust zenny wasn't kept awake by the lodger's errr.....nocturnal activities last night. Would prefer a more wholesome discussion today, tbh.

Today's papers have predictably enough gone with the "Greece exits euro" headline. A pity about the result but you have to say the better team won....Germany's last goal was fabulous.

I've been busy this morning...a walk and later on a run, bath, the laundry, breakfast, washing up, and I've defrosted and cleaned the fridge. And now I'm busy polishing me halo!

Hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. It's rather windy here and cool for summer, but at least it's not raining.

How is the running going?

I am in West Sussex for the weekend. I am about to do a 2 day course on energy medicine/therapies. Really looking forward to it.
I have found the most gorgeous little b and b right in the village where the course is and right now I am staring at some sort of palm tree outside my window

Morning starty

The running is going better all the time. Did 2.5 miles today and only stopped once to walk about 100 metres (mixing imperial and metric there! ). Reckon I should be able to do it all in one go by next week.

Glad you got yourself a nice B&B....that'll help put you in the right frame of mind for your course. Hope you enjoy the course...sounds like you've got a full weekend ahead of you! Are you anywhere near Worthing?
