      Evening army!

Ok...I've calmed down about the banks...a bit!

Anyway I need to be in a place where I feel understood. So I am back in the barracks.
Hello whizzy! Great to have you back, although not under those circumstances...

I am making a few plans to escape the chaos. So off to Delamere Forest this evening at 6 and leave the family behind

I was about to leave MWO as it was a secret from Mr A and the rest of the family. I am now just going to put me and my sober life 1st
I totally understand the need for privacy.....hope you enjoy your trip to the forest.

Satz, power walking or gentle jogging means that you can just head out of your door 3 or 4 times a week for an 30 minutes and job done
That worked for me....a few months of brisk walking, then I was ready to start running/walking until it became running...

Did you ever smoke Mr Bear ? I have a mental block from years ago that I can never run 'cos I smoked heavily for years.

No, satz, I didn't ever smoke, but my lung capacity is what limits my ability to run, not my legs. I am very wheezy, but it gets easier with every passing day. Go fo it!

                Yo Satz.
Might like to have a look see at this. I'm positive it's how Starty started running.

Right off to escape the chaos for a few hours with a run and a picnic in the forest. Back later.
We could have our own running group here. We have all levels at our club so no one ever feels slow or foolish.
                    Thanks for the welcome back.

Good to see you back Mrs. A. Enjoy your run and your picnic. Don't be too late, tho'. You wouldn't want to be in the forest after dark.

How's everyone else? Shit Satz, I really wish you lived near me - I'd love to try starting that 'easy' running thing with someone who'd bully me a bit - don't think I'd ever have the get up and go on my own.
Day started a pig - became a complete pigstye - but ended up with all car windows open and the Mama's and Papa's on full volume all the way home on the M50 - and feeling a lot chirpier
Showin yer age there Mollerooney. Mamas & Papas ??:H
Yeah I have an app on my phone 'Get Running' & this nice lady eases you into the walk run thing. I started it then went the Damo route instead :upset:
My sis who is lazier than me got up to 5k one day - for one day only. Left it & had to start again :H:H

Latest weather news from the Costa del Tyne.

Thunder and lightening and torrential rain for the last 3+ hours. Mr JC's stuck in the office as either the roads are flooded and the ones that aren't are grid locked.
