Ive overdone the exercise this week Sarge and the bod is feeling a bit buggered. What are your thoughts on how to treat increasingly creaky joints?

Thanks 9er. Sarge is in love. It's a muskrat kinda love. BIG date tonight for Sarge. I just had my muskrat cleaned and pressed. The nurse checked me for ticks so I'm good to go. Cookie told me she's a friend of Thelma's. Thelma says she does a lot of pole work. Damn, I've love a woman in construction. I'm so excited I thought I'd share...

Getting beyond disappointment

Life will disappoint you on a regular basis, in ways that are big and small. The way to get beyond each disappointment is to get busy doing something positive and meaningful.

Make the smart choice, and live by intention rather than by chance. Whatever may happen, use it as a starting point for making life better.
