Good morning Jan, Reccie and all to come

The weather is still foul here in the south of Saffaland. Mrs. T has plans to take her mum for a spot of shopping. I've given her a list of spices that I need to re-stock. Dunno what I'll be doing other than taking mom to the pharmacy to go and collect all her chronic meds. I was thinking Lebanese for lunch, though. There's a little place that does a killer lamb kebab with a spicy chilli flatbread and hummus.

          Hiya Reccie

I kinda wish they delivered, though. The sun is just rising - it looks horrid outside. At least the power is back on - we had a failure a bit earlier.

its not that bad a shift really u start work at 9 am,then go to sleep at 10.30 pm at work and wake up at 7.30 am and leave work at 9.30am, so its not that bad really more like a 15 hour shift

                  Good morning all.
                  Feeling much better this morning.
I had a good sensible think about my situation yesterday and realise I am expecting everyone else to change (family).
When REALLY I have to change and become more assertive and honest with my family.

Had a bit of a talk with Mr A last night. It went so well that he wondered after dinner whether I would like him to open a bottle of wine.

Feeling really good and positive this morning and ready for my saturday race. If I come last I will just be grateful that I can get out and run

It's pretty shitty here too tips. Apparently this quarter is the wettest 2nd quarter on record and it's STILL chucking it down. Still....at least the hosepipe ban has been reversed!

Mornin Army-- off to work this morning so - just passing through really! Feeling the blues this morning - no reason at all, I could feel them coming on last night - but twill be fine!

                          Good morning Whizbird
Mmmmm - MrA really isn't getting this is he I can recommend an 85 yr old nun who'll sort him out Truly - I'm not joking!! When I went for my pre-rehab appointment last Dec. Joe came too and this little dothery nun was there - I just sort of looked in HORROR WTF could she know??? She had Joe assessed in 10 seconds - she told him she wanted to burn his shop down cos it was more important than me - mind you - she fairly well summed me up too!!
Last night at Aftercare one of the really nice guys relapsed for the second time, he went to see her on Thurs. and promised her the earth and she appeared to believe him. He left her and went straight to the pub - she rang him as the first pint was being put in front of him and asked him 'are you enjoying that drink?' he asked her how she knew and she just said she knew by the way he walked out of her room She'd have MrA sorted in a hair's breath:H
Must away to get dressed - and yes - we can only change other's by changing ourselves and by doing that - hopefully their reactions to us will change. Enjoy your run xxxx
Sorry you've got the blues this morning molly....fantastic story about the nun though!
