Hello everyone!

Happy freezing cold Monday morning.

No Haps, it isn't wrong to want and also eat a lamington when you wake up. I ate pavlova yesty for breakfast! It was good, but the 45 mins run on the new treadmill to get rid of it wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be.

Hugs to Bridgey, Tawny, Cori, Lily, Reggie, Rags, Ronnie, Missy, Techie, Fickle, MoT, Sunny and Leon. I hope your day is full of good things.

Spesh kiss of the forehead for Mr G - just throb him lots. Hope he is well and super duper happy!

Anyone who slides on through - much of everything to you also.

I made a pavlova rolly thing for a lunch we had on Saturday. It was divine and next time I make it I'll add more fruit as I just used strawberries this time.

Little Dharmsie girl really didn't want to duck outside for a comfort break this morning - brrrr. Wonder how Olive is?

Anyway, must stay focused and organised today, so I'm orf.

Tip, tap, tippa tappa, tip tap, tippa tappa - that's me in my heels up and down, here and there being V.B&I!!!

It's HERE Saucy. By Dog it is HOT in AZ. Like living on top of a lava dome. I never mentioned this but it's hard to wrap my small brain around the fact that July is winter there in Oz.
