hmmm they are a bit tart.. not as nice as the Aldi frozen rasberries they're sweeter
am back after straddling heater for a bit - body temp now restored.

checking out these links Reggie sent me about paleo.. am trying to work out whats the diff between my atkins style diet and paleo.. doesn't seem much diff at all

Do you know when I was eating paleo last year I felt terrific...no sugar cravings...my problem was that its not sustainable for me with the family...I had an email on something like that the other day...must find it....

i am at my holiday farm, after a problematic weekend. took a lot of pills. ended up in emergency. hmmmm.
