That's the South Island Satz. I wonder if it's better to be chasing this down in Wellington, North Island? Although I suppose he can hassle just as effectively on the phone???
I always got in their face personally when I was travelling and needed a visa.
This is bringing back memories of what I put my parents through in my mis-spent youth.

Satz queenstown is down in the south island. It is a bit cold and snowy at this time of year.
But dont worry too much - we are a civilised country and im sure hevwont be cold or starvingm
