          And among them were divorcees with very nasty stories indeed, cancer survivors, and as we discovered today, incest survivors....
          They just are NOT going to let their past be their future.

                            thanks for this. I love quinoa!! Heard of it via Doggygirl a few years ago and now use it all the time. One of my standard salads is broccoli, quinoa and lemon juice, so very nice to have some other options.
