Just dunno
I think you should have a go. You will always be wondering if you dont. And self confidence comes when we focus on our balls :H For example we had the balls to try something out of our comfort zone!!

And he's prob right. Do it. Nothing to lose. Shows them you have an interest in progressing Molls. Win / win either way:l
I got promo this year - took years but didn't let them off the hook till I got it!

Quals Molls are ok but if you act as if you deserve it - you will give off the confidence needed. Say nothing to anyone and do it!

Gooooooooooooooooooooooooood mornings, general wavings and yooooooooooo hooooooooooos troopers.

Gawd Starts, part of my job when I was at the wine merchants was credit control. It's a fecker of a job.

Talking of the wine merchant it's 10 years ago yesterday I errrrrrrrrr resigned. Well resigned before I was sacked. I was a fucking mess.

But that's all in the past.

Oooh Mollers, I'll give a reference, if you like. You give good library.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

PTL I only had to do it once a month. I used to shake when I was having to make phone calls (and it wasn't last nights booze).

I can't believe how much my life has turned around in the last 3 years.

The woman who couldn't get a bus without a few drinks on board to meeting and greeting a load of addicts and a lot more in between.

Do you know Starts, I'll never forget the encouragement you gave me to get me butt to Belfast. Now that was one hell of a giant step. Have one of these.:l

Getting out of our comfort zone is the most empowering thing we can do for ourselves.

Making calls, negotiating deals, using judgment and making decisions are all fucking scary at times. But it is helping me to grow. AND still be compassionate.
