I am home and just put a casserole in the oven.
Had a panic attack at work this morning, so doc called in some anti anxiety meds
gonna eat, read and go to sleep
Gah- what a day!
BUT NO DRINKING..............:-)
at least that is something

Mama, good for you working through that panic attack.

Another good day here, working then endless watering. Tomorrow I will go with three friends to attend some gardening educational activities at Cornell University, a couple of hours from here. It will be a spectacular day.

Hello everyone. My Aunt is still hanging on. Finding it hard to keep her comfortable now. So very sad.
I'm just taking one step at a time right now in all areas of my life. I've been doing a lot of soul searching lately.

Mama - hope that you are feeling better. :l Anxiety attacks are awful

Good to see your post. I hate that time of waiting for someone to pass on. I remember it with my dad. After several days you want to go do something else, but don't want to miss that last moment.

Mama, I'm glad your chemistry is better.

I had a lovely day traveling with my friends, visiting educational gardens. The weather is perfect, and the prediction is for not so hot temps in upcoming weeks. Tomorrow I have the day off, nothing planned yet but plenty to do. Drinking isn't under consideration.

I hate it when those thoughts pop into my head. Fortunately these days, they don't last long. Very recently this kind of thought would be very persistent and I was always giving in.
