Hey All - Sorry that I haven't been around. I will be around more starting Saturday. It's been quite a time lately. The funeral for my Aunt is tomorrow. I just found out that my Uncle is in the hospital. Sounds like he has too much fluids built up and his heart isn't working right. He had to go to emergency the other day because of bronchitis. So, he has been really sick. Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes. Means a lot.

Work has been really busy and I have someone sitting at a desk near mine. Don't want to risk pulling up the site at work. So, I haven't been able to check in like I normally do.

Des - see that you started AB. Good job. I am going to be back on it. I would love to be able to just do it on my own. But, I'm going to take the AB - my safety net.

Take care everyone and looking forward to getting back to normal posting soon! Miss you all - I certainly have more problems when I'm away from this site. :h

Nora...you have so much on your plate right now. I am sending some angels your way to to take away some of the stresses in your life so you can breathe a little easier!:wings::wings::wings: I am glad to hear that you will be starting the AB again soon. I just started taking it and so far so good! I never thought in a million years that I would ever be on something like this but i want my life back and will do whatever it takes!

Hi Molly! It's so great to hear such positive feedback from people that are or have been on AB. I totally have a different outlook about AL now because it is no longer an option so it doesn't take up my whole day thinking about it.......what a relief! I am actually excited about starting this new AF journey. Yesterday instead of thinking about AL I thought about a new training schedule for 3 of my horses and a fall show season.....YESSSSS!

Thanks Molly! I envy YOU for living in Ireland. My dream is to go there one day as my heritage is Irish/Scottish. The closest I have gotten was a bag of dirt and shamrock seeds that I was given as a gift....there's a company there that packages it! HaHaHa! Oh well....it was a thoughtful gift and I do treasure it!

So sad about that young man, Mama.

I need to start getting ready for the funeral. If my Uncle can't leave the hospital, I am going to stay with him while my cousins are at the funeral. I'm just waiting for a call to let me know.

Scott had a couple of episodes last night and passed out. It was about 3:00 am and I was asleep. He didn't wake me up so I didn't realize it had happened. Luckily he didn't hit his head (last time this happened, he fell out front on the walkway and had a concussion). He's really sore but at least nothing is broken. Not sure exactly what caused it but it's a type of vasovagal attack.

Good to see you all here. I really miss you all. Molly - you are so right. I need this place. :h

Hi everyone.

Paula - how close are the Olympics to you? We were lucky enough to go to some of the racing events in 1984. Such a wonderful feeling. I was telling Scott tonight that I had friends over there. :h

Stayed with my Uncle today at the hospital. He slept a lot of the time. It has been a hard day today. He woke up once & asked where Grandma Sue was. :upset: He knew she was gone but was confused for a few. Think he was asking for my cousin but mentioned my Aunt.

I will catch up with everyone tomorrow. Planning on going to work for most of the day. Take care everyone. I'm so looking forward to getting back to normal. :h
