Hi friends,
Busy day today: church, then went to see a summer theater production, then dinner out. Before church I got my gardening article done. I write a weekly gardening column in our local newspaper.

Sounds like you guys are ok. I havent had time to watch any Olympic events.

I am better.....Saturday was awful
I think I am going to ask my family doctor for a referral to a psychiatrist. This playing aorund with meds is getting old, and I want a knowledgeable person to fix me
spent the day at the lake doing yardwork. It felt good to be outside, but now my butt cheeks are sore!!
Paula - that sounds like a lovely way to say farewell to your sister
