Morning army sorry i was missing for a while i got a new kitten on friday and he jumped on the keyboard on sautuday and mess it up a bit but i did system restore so that sorted it out it. He's snow white like my first 10 wks old or so and i called him Prince. Germany was a lovely trip great to be at another great neices christning and i enjoyed the stalls and music around the town and on the river Rhine. Unfortunalty the tempation to drink was too much as so i had some. I'm back on track now and my counciler is back this week he was away last week. Maybe with more sobriety time i could handle the urge not to drink. The first night we got there Germany was playing and there was fans tv screens and lots of drinking. Raining heavy again today and same forcast for tomorrow. Catching up on cleaning and AA meeting this evening which i need.

Ackshully although there was an awful lot of drink drunk, it was nice to see they were eating as well.

Why can't you take herbal sleeping tablets combined with ssri Meds. Or are they just a waste of time full stop?!?
