Afternoon miserable and wet here too sick of rain and my energy level is low must be the ctrap weather. Already had a nana nap and still tired. Drinking lucozade as its muggy close crap weather. Glad all went for you today Jc. Yes you need to quit the smokes.

I'm going to see a different counsellor next week, just organised it via an AA friend of ours. Not going anywhere fast with my current person and I want to get to the bottom of what is stopping me committing to the AA programme

I is sooooooooooooooooo bored on phone for a meeting here. A friend in here made a weight watchers brack. I started on the crusty top then the crusty bottom - half of it is gone !:upset:
Had to throw rest of it in the bin as I was then going into the middle picking out all the nuts - now I feel ill :upset:
That will take 4 hours non-stop exercise to work off - Jesus
