            Evening all,

Firstly thank you for all your concern, my lovelies.:l It's a very minor infection that has been caught toot sweet thanks to the wonderful blood pressure taking, blood taking, wee sample taking, MRSA checking nurse. Oh and while I was there I recruited her as Lifeline volunteer.

Mollers, I'm with you on this one. I'm a work in progress. I've been totally open with me Dr since I started this mangled road to give up drinking and we're taking giving away the ciggies as the next step.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Have I turned into the Nosy Neighbor? Honestly though... there are 4 parking spaces and it is taking up one.

              Weird...
              Hiya Army!!

I'm nosy like that too. My kids think I'm snoopy. I'm not. I just like to know who lives in and hangs out in my neighbourhood.

Could be people have rented one of these...

and are touring the US. Having a vacation like that is something I have always dreamed of.

I wonder if Mrs. A will smoosh a piece of birthday cake in Mrs. A's face? You know, just to make a point. I guess not but it gave me a wee chuckle thinking about it. Sure would make the rest of the family members sit up and take notice. :H

Off to answer a couple of PM's. Baccinnabit.

              I miss Mario and Oney...:upset:

Okay, I understand where both of you are coming from. You won't stop til you're ready. Fair enough. But Jackie, I think you really have to have a good think about at least cutting back drastically until after the surgery. Mrs. A said earlier and I've heard it before, a smoker takes longer to recover than a non-smoker. Even tho' you'll be in and out in 24 hours, the surgery still takes quite a while so you'll be under for a few hours. At least help your lungs and heart out a bit by cutting back over the next couple of weeks. For your own sake.

Now I'm off to the PM's....

My boss's Ma has been using them and hasn't had a real ciggie for over 3 months.Jackie, younger son's girlfriend has one and she only smokes a real cigarette about three times a week as opposed to a pack a day. They come in various flavours including nicotine, if I'm not mistaken. Give it a try, you've got nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
