    I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way

      hi pingu, enjoy the gym
      I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

                  Morning army. Damp and wet here but i just saw the sun briefly i thougt i was seeings too Satz lol and i'm over the southside of Dublin lol. Forecast did say some sunny spells but more heavy rain for the afternoon. What a crap summer so far. have a good wednesday hump day and happy 4th of July to all our USA members. Now more coffee.:rays::cupajoe:

                          Didn't manage SW last night but got weighed at the horsepital and have lost 3lbs/1.36kgs
