Hey! How did P3 get her hands on Nando's? They're a Saffa company, although I've known that they've exanded overseas over the past couple of years. They're famous for their cheeky advertising.

I'm afraid I've just had "words" with my mum. But if I didn't get the air cleared for a change, I was going to do something rash. 5 months has been a long time for our family

Off to have a read back.

                    Evening all,

I've been and bought some e-cigarettes. The success rate looks phenomenal.

Oh I also got some flowers, a mascara, nail varnish and an eye-liner. I'm not well you know.

Gawd we've had Nando's for years. Never been though but the kids love it.

                    How you feeling now, Tips.

:hallo: JC. I would be very interested in hearing how you find the e-cigs. It just worries me a bit that they've also received some bad press lately.

I feel better after having my say, JC. There was an undercurrent of tension. She needs to learn to be direct, and not always approach things the long way round. Especially with Mrs. T. Say what you feel, say what you wan't (or don't want). She also needs to start getting a life - she can't live cooped up in the house all day every day. Feck - I think we're all (including her) looking forward ot the month she's going to be away.

Haven't even plugged the things in yet. Full reportage will be forthcoming.

In this day and age 75 isn't old. In fact looking at my Granny in this day and age 98 isn't old. Time to get out and about.

Do they have anything like University of the Third Age over there.

My Ma and Pa in law have done loads with them, in fact Pa in Law (82) is doing an intermediate computer course at the mo.

Hiya Tipps. I was actually wondering when I'd be hearing this! It's not been easy for anyone I am sure... major adjustment all round. And hats off to Mrs T... for going beyond the call of duty!!! xxx Is there any kind of social club or anything like that, where your mum could meet friends?
Great! I'll keep an eye out for you!

I'm actually looking for some kind of club or classes or course for myself.....counsellor's orders. Been told to get out more and meet people. Can't decide whether to go for an exercise class or learn something.

Howzabout sculpting? or Art or fossil hunting.

Ackshully the fossil hunting won't take you long, you've got my address. I'll just wait at the front door.
