    55 days-started with dynamic meditation..

    Hi fellows,
    I am now at 55 today AF .
    I have started my morning with a dynamic meditation for one and half an hour.
    There were a lots of activities like exercising,dancing,crying,lamenting, being on silence,weeping,laughing everything at a time so it is called dynamic and active.I really got an opportunity to do so after 5 years .So this number 5 is important to me today.
    Meditation after 5 years and on my 55 days AF.
    When meditating l have made a conviction to make my AF days at least for 555 ,oh its a triple five !!!!!
    Now going out for some personal works will come back later.
    How is going with you?

    2012: Continuous AF for 7 months from May to Oct.

    Big Relapses : 6th November and 12th December 2012.

    2013 : So many ups and down !!

    2014: Has a conviction to stay with a healthy life.

    Dixon, I'm doing great. I don't have any desire to drink any more. It's over four years since I quit and started posting here, then worked too hard to drink moderately.
    Where do I find out more about dynamic meditation? I could google it, but maybe you have a good resource.
    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

      Hi Sunbeam,
      I am hoping to follow you and interesting fact is I too have no craving for AL at the moment.
      Regarding dynamic meditation,you just could google OSHO international or Osho meditation technique where you will find hundreds of proven techniques personally developed by him.Or simply go to you tube and type OSho guides dynamic meditation.
      If not please post here or pm me I will send the link.
      I hope you will enjoy it a lot.

        I LOVE Dynamic Meditation. It was one of the first "alternative' things that I tried. I've gone waaayy off the board since then!! Osho was a wild guy, but had some really great things to offer.

        Unfortunately, our neighbors didn't appreciate the reverberating "whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo, whoo," and the police showed up at 5:30 am on morning to put an end to that little foray. Congratulations on you AF time, Dixon!!!! And what a great way to channel that craving for "spirit"s!

          Yes Red,
          Everything has pros and cons so what we need is just to skimming out our matching.But I found him tremendous analytical in every religion and aspect of life.
          He has given us more than 300 techniques for meditation and 600 books on different disciplines.I found him an advocate of average of religious and materialized life.So I Liked many of his philosophies.
          Anyway its the matter of own choices.
          Of course,I have found the same as you say police case over there.They now developing new technique not to make a loud sound but use the equal energy to perform the task.What they are using is strong sense of breath.
          I think it's working.For me I like others techniques rather than dynamic one i.e..kundalini and chairs meditation.
          Our aim is to find the matching one.
