Yoooo hoooo MB. A big :wd: for getting through July 4th. Looks like you had an AF blast.

Ach we'll sort something out, Pinky.

I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.

Ok...reccybear news today.....some positive and some negative

The negative...over the past couple of days I've gradually realised it was a mistake to stop the ADs. I find myself constantly spontaneously dissolving into a puddle of tears for no good reason whatsoever. Need to arrange an appt with my lovely GP as soon as poss to see about renewing the citalopram.

And the positive....(I think! ). I signed up for a short course today.....fitness, football, and wellbeing at the Oxford United stadium in September:

            Oxfordshire Mind

Don't think I'll make any new friends there, so I'll prolly have to sign up for a learning course somewhere else too... Maybe stirly was right after all...
            Hello Army!!

Reccie, that is wonderful news about the course. :goodjob: And what Jackie said - :goodjob: on recognizing that you need to get back on the AD's. I don't see why you won't make new friends. You may be a bit of a recluse but once you're out there and interacting with people, I bet you will make friends just like you did here. I certainly can't see any reason why not. Best of luck to you on the course. I know you'll keep us updated.

Good to see that Expatty managed to get internet service and post. Can't wait to see pictures of their holidays.

              Just saw you there Starteroo.
Was reading about you right to read thingy on FB. Do you know any adult courses that can do a one-to-one. We've got a client who's managed to give up a pretty nasty cocaine addiction and his next step is to get past basic reading.

I can only find big classes for him and he's not ready for a room full of people.

Do you know Satz, after all the years I spent either thinking about drinking, planning my drinking, recovering and actually drinking it doesn't take up a lot of time. I've been able to make a Sunday dinner and do a pile of ironing while nipping in and out of here.

But I've come to understand why some poeple need to take a break. It does get a bit heavy and heartbreaking at times.

I reckon I owe my life to MWO. Gawd getting a bit teary here.
