Hi Guys

Jc its not like you to be awake at this hour??

I had a great day yesterday on the course. It was about learning how to handle difficult people on the phone. Great hints and really practical stuff to do. I have been to so many courses with work that are simply not relevant to what I am doing. This one was and was very refreshing.
Today I am going to spend an hour with primary school kids, listening to them reading. Love that
